4 room apartment in Stockholm

We want to rent out our apartment as we are going on a longer trip. The apartment has floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have double beds. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet area. We want to rent it out for the entire period. The rent includes heating, water, electricity, and internet. Service fee for the tenant: 1190
