Järnavägen 10–14 consists of 48 apartments ranging from one- to four-room units (rooms and kitchen), distributed across one five-story building and two three-story buildings. All apartments come standard with a dishwasher, and the bathrooms are prepared for a washing machine and dryer. All stairwells have elevators. The Karaffen block was built in 2015.
