4 room apartment in Malmö

Rent out a room in my home for a limited period. April until August 1st this year (2026). Only female applicants without pets and children. My daughter and I will remain living here during the rental period. Close to Värnhem. Good bus and train connections. Pizzerias and pubs nearby, as well as Coop and mini grocery stores. The rent includes wifi, water, and electricity. Note! Only female applicants desired. There is a cat in the home. I have a teenage girl, 14 years old, every other week. Service fee for tenant: 327
