The apartment is 125 sqm and is divided over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment is located in Vallda, about 10–15 minutes from Kungsbacka. Access to the patio is limited! The rent is 15,000 SEK per month; parking, electricity and water are included.
