The apartment is located on the second floor with a south-facing balcony. Upon moving in, the apartment has received new floors in the kitchen, hallway, living room, and bedroom. The walls in the kitchen, hallway, living room, and bedroom will be painted, wardrobe doors and all interior doors will be replaced. Heating is included in the rent and water is metered individually. An agreement regarding household electricity is made separately by the tenant.
