Flen Södra is the area located on the south side of the railway that runs through Flen. Salstagatan 11–29 is commonly called Salstagärde. The area has been praised for its architecture and, when it was built, the architect intended that every apartment should have a lake view, or at least be able to see water, and apparently that was true then.
