Hello! My name is Joel and I am a 32-year-old architect. I am the one you are sharing the apartment with. I enjoy living in a communal setting and believe that there are more advantages than disadvantages to shared living! Two rooms with their own bathroom are available for rent in a brand new residential building. Including the shared areas, the total area is 73 square meters.
