30 m² room in Malmö

I’m renting out one room of about 30 m², with a shared bathroom and so on, in my two-room apartment. It can be rented indefinitely. Get in touch if you’re interested; I reply to everyone. There are good bus connections to Malmö Central Station—it takes about 20 minutes on buses 8, 12 or 2. The room is for one responsible person with good references. I live in Malmö and don’t smoke. I enjoy walking, going to the gym and playing tennis. This is a non-smoking apartment. No dogs or other pets, please; a house cat is okay. Thank you.
