It’s a very nice area, including the neighborhood. It’s 12 minutes by bus to the city center, and the bus stop is 2 minutes away from the apartment. There is an outdoor gym and walking track very close to the apartment, including a basketball court. Internet is included in the rent. Service fee for tenants: 668.
