Its a nice 3 room apartment on the first floor with a small balcony. It has plenty of windown for both fresh air and sunlight so its both cozy and warm. Everything is included in the rent(heating, hot and cold water, storage room) other than electricity which averages between A seperate agreement for the parking applies if you have a car. Both covered and open parking spaces are available. We have a supermarket, school, gym, parks, bus and train stations within walking distance.
