I am renting out a 3-room apartment in Hemse starting from December 1, 2024, for an indefinite period of at least 1 year. It is close to the store, school, and daycare. Parking is available if desired, costing 104 SEK, which is included in the rent. There is Wi-Fi available if you want it, costing 549 SEK; we have been using Chromecast instead of a TV. The layout is 80 square meters. I am subletting to try living in another location with my new partner. Service fee for the tenant: 374 SEK.
