3 room house in Göteborg

Hello! This is a well ventilated , furnished basement in a villa located in a beautiful area. We ,family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids -3.5year old, 2 year old girls) live in the ground floor of the villa. We prefer to have 2 tenants(couple or friends) and with no kids . The house is 7mins by walk to nearest bus stop. 15mins to central by bus.
