In winter we skate on a plowed track of about 2.5 mil (approx. 25 km); in summer we cool off with a dip, go SUPing (stand-up paddleboarding) and windsurf. • Cleaning (approx. 4 hrs) once a month included. • Wi‑Fi via a reliable fiber connection. • Heating and electricity are NOT included in the rent, as our usage varies.
