Hello, we would like to rent out a small house. The house is located in the scenic area of Forsbacka, approximately 25 km west of Skellefteå and approximately 19 km east of Boliden. The 56 m² house is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. TV and Wi-Fi are included. Rent: SEK 6,500 per month, including everything (electricity, water, garbage collection, and internet). There is ample parking with engine heater outlets beside the house.
