3 room house in Katthammarsvik

From this summer I am renting a large house in Anga on Östergarnslandet and I am looking for a suitable person or a couple who want to rent the downstairs and share the kitchen and bathroom with me. Downstairs there are 3 rooms to rent, one of them unfortunately lacks the door to the kitchen but could be used as an office for example.
