The rent does NOT include electricity, chimney sweeping of the wood-fired boiler, maintenance of the plot, and minor repairs such as electrical switches, dripping taps and the like. Interior alterations are not allowed, such as removing vinyl flooring and similar. No bus connections; 10 km to Flen station. The dwelling is rented out to be kept within the family.
