Very cozy house in excellent condition Located very nicely in Bergkvara right on the coast about 40 km south of Kalmar and 45 km north of Karlskrona. The house is tastefully renovated with wooden floors and wood paneling; it has a water‑jacketed wood stove that provides pleasant heat throughout the house and also an air‑source heat pump, a large lovely deck, a garden and an outbuilding with storage space.
