Very cozy house in top condition Located lovely in Bergkvara right on the coast about 40 km south of Kalmar and 45 km north of Karlskrona. The house is tastefully renovated with wooden floors and wood paneling; it has a water-jacketed wood-burning stove providing lovely heat throughout the house and also an air-source heat pump, a large pleasant deck and garden, and an outbuilding with storage space.
