3 room apartment in Uppsala

I speak Swedish. I want to rent out a room to someone that I feel comfortable with and who doesn't mind me living my lifestyle. The room itself is quite big (twelve square meters). Included is a bed, a sofa, a TV with Chromecast, a wardrobe, some storage space and a table with a chair that you get to have by yourself. The apartment has three rooms and I live alone in it at the moment. I have a dishwasher and a bathtub but no washing machine. Laundry is done in a shared laundry room nearby.
