A spacious bedroom of 20 sqm, bright and fresh. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk and TV. The apartment is 89 sqm and has a large veranda with a grill, sofa and dining table. We live very close to a gym, health center, restaurant, ICA, pharmacy, the central station, shopping center, lake and Kungshögarna. The bus stop is right across the street. The apartment is shared with me and my friendly Ragdoll cat. My son is 10 years old and lives in the apartment every other week. Service fee for tenant: 321
