3 room apartment in Stockholm

I have a 71 sq. m. apartment with a glazed balcony in Liljeholmen. Since I live alone, I would like to rent out part of the apartment. The room for rent is a furnished 20 sq. m. bedroom. We share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. You should preferably be a woman, be employed, and have good references. Rent: SEK 6,000/month. One month’s rent as a deposit. Of this, the tenant’s service fee is SEK 357/month (included in the rent stated above).
