3 room apartment in Stockholm

We are renting it out while we visit relatives in Australia. There are buses, a metro station, commuter trains, and an airport bus to Arlanda nearby. No one can see in. We could remove the desk and put a bed there instead. The sofa in the living room is an excellent sofa bed for two. “Patio” means a shared courtyard, but it is rare for anyone else to use it. (Although, of course, it is winter now.) We would like to rent it out for the entire period to the same person. Service fee for the tenant: 1,674
