3 room apartment in Stockholm

Hello, I wish to rent out an apartment in Västerhaninge. It is unfurnished with a rent of 13,000 SEK, which includes parking and hot water. Electricity is paid separately. Move-in is at the beginning of May, but later dates can also work, of course. We can agree on details via private message. Preferably someone without payment defaults.
