Apartment on the top floor of the building with a large south-facing balcony (approx. 10 sqm) adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. Large living room close to the kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms by the bathroom and a small office. One bedroom has a 160 cm bed and the other has an 80 cm bed. The area is lively in the summer with Rörstrandsgatan around the corner and swimming/bathing opportunities 5 minutes away by Voi. Service fee for tenant: 1666
