3 room apartment in Stockholm

I’m an executive in tech and travel a lot for work, so most of the time you can have the apartment to yourself. I would appreciate someone who is neat, respectful, calm, and smoke-free. I am flexible on the dates for both move-in and move-out. My plans are to move to Portugal and only be back in Stockholm once in a while, but until then I am renting out the guest room only.
