A 10m2 room in an apartment on top of Gröndal’s hill. A single father living with two babies (4 and 6) one week out of two. Only clean individuals please, who know how to contribute to the maintenance of common areas. Fiber broadband is available in the apartment. The rent includes access to all common areas, but the living room is not to be used for remote work (the renter has a room for that).
