3 room apartment in Sollentuna

I have a furnished room that I want to rent out. This room is located in Sollentuna (Helenelund station) a 3-4 minute walk to the train station and bus stops. From and to T-centralen 13 minutes. Monthly cost 5000 + deposit, electricity, water, laundry room, and internet included. I only rent the room to a working person or a student. Service fee for tenant: 297.
