3 room apartment in Skellefteå

Hello! We’re looking for someone to rent a spacious, slightly unusual three-room apartment on Orkestervägen in Sjungande Dalen. The apartment is 76 m² and has an in-unit washing machine. Everything is included in the rent, including a carport parking space with an engine heater. SEK 10,800 per month. Send us a private message if you’re interested, and we can also send photos. Move-in is possible from mid-December, and we’d prefer a rental period of at least one year. The tenant must be a non-smoker and responsible.
