3 room apartment in Skånes fagerhult

The large apartment is located on the second floor of a large building/villa. The house is situated in a small village in a peaceful environment close to nature. The apartment also consists of two floors. You can shop in Örkelljunga/Markaryd (about 15 min.). Since part of the heating comes from a wood boiler, I am looking for someone who is experienced with that (or wants to learn about it). There is also a heat pump in the apartment.
