Åkra Åkra is our largest area, which was built between the years 1962–1968. It is located on the east side of Silvermyntsgatan, on the site where Åkra farm once stood. Only a part of the apple orchard down by the ponds remains from that time. From the middle of the area, it is about a 15-minute walk to Sala station and 12 minutes to the town center.
