The photo is of the area and not necessarily of the rental unit itself. Åkra is our largest area, built between 1962 and 1968. It is located on the east side of Silvermyntsgatan, on the site where Åkra farm once stood. From that time only part of the apple orchard down by the ponds remains. From the middle of the area it is about a 15-minute walk to Sala station and 12 minutes to the town center. Åkraskolan, serving grades F–6, is located in the area.
