Hello! Wanted to tip you off about my nice 3-room apartment that will be posted on the RAWI site. It is located in central Piteå, at Nygatan 33B and is 81 sqm. Balcony facing south so you get sun all day, from morning to evening. A dishwasher is included and the rent is 11,030 SEK per month. There is a garage space, but you must contact RAWI about that, and there is no elevator in the building. A laundry room is located in the stairwell.
