3 room apartment in Öjersjö

The Area Gökegård Centre consists of three tower blocks completed in November 2023. There are 63 apartments with 2–4 rooms and a kitchen, ranging in size from 47 to 90 square metres. Two of the buildings are connected by a healthcare centre rented by the Västra Götaland Region. The apartments have IMD—Individual Metering and Billing of water consumption.
