3 room apartment in Nacka

Hello I have a 4-room apartment in Nacka Forum. My condominium has 4 rooms but I will rent out 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and 1 living room). While I am abroad I want to rent out the 3 rooms furnished. I can draw up a lodger contract. But I will not be there during those times. You can get to the central station in 15 minutes by bus (buses every other minute).
