3 room apartment in Malmo

Hello, I have a three-bedroom apartment, 80 m², that I’m planning to rent out from the beginning of November. It’s located in Kulladal, Malmö. Rent: SEK 11,000 per month. No deposit required. It can be rented for six months, with the possibility of extending the lease. Electricity, water, and broadband are included. Call me at this number 71 if I don’t reply on Messenger. Sometimes messages end up in my spam folder, and I don’t see them.
