3 room apartment in Malmo

Renting out a one-bedroom apartment in Ellstorp I’m looking for a new tenant interested in renting my apartment on Sofierogatan in Ellstorp from November onward. I’d prefer a rental period of at least one year. I’m looking for someone who is a non-smoker, has no pets, and will take good care of the apartment. One bedroom and a kitchen, 54 m². Rent: SEK 9,500. Partially furnished. The tenant must be approved by the housing association.
