3 room apartment in Malmö

We are renting out our spacious three-room apartment with a view of Slottsparken and a balcony facing the courtyard. Bay window, herringbone parquet flooring, high ceilings, double doors, fireplace (which unfortunately may not be used). Rented out due to an extended trip. Of this amount, the tenant service fee is SEK 803/month (included in the rent stated above).
