We are two brothers studying in Jkp with a primary lease contract for a 3-room apartment in Dalvik that we wish to sublet from June to mid-August 2026. A bus stop and Coop are a 1-minute walk from the entrance, and it takes 5 minutes by bus to Juneporten in the city center. Rent is 7500 SEK, all inclusive (fully furnished apartment, heating, electricity, internet, and a large TV selection).
