3 room apartment in Huddinge

I am renting out my furnished apartment as I will start studying in another city for 2 years. The apartment is a three-room apartment of 72 sqm and is fairly newly built (2015) and fresh. It is about a 15-minute walk from Flemingsbergs station (19 minutes from Stockholm city by commuter train) and in the area there is Södertörn University and Huddinge Hospital. It is also close to grocery stores such as Ica Maxi and Lidl. Service fee for tenant: 714
