3 room apartment in Huddinge

I’m renting out one bedroom in my 3-room apartment (total area 44 m²). The available bedroom is about 9 m² — please see the floor plan for details. The shared areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom) are fully furnished, while the bedroom itself is unfurnished. However, I’m open to sharing the cost if you’d like to buy new furniture together.
