What do points mean at Öckerö Fastigheter? Before Öckerö Fastigheter joined Boplats, they had their own queue. Applicants who were in this queue have been able to bring their points/queue days to Boplats. These points take precedence over Boplats points/queue days. When signing a contract with Öckerö Fastigheter, all points from both Öckerö Fastigheter and Boplats disappear. New days are then only earned through Boplats.
