I am renting out my apartment for the period February 1 to June 1 due to work abroad. The apartment is a three-room flat of approximately 80 m², centrally located with close proximity to the transport hub and good public transport connections. The home is bright and well laid out with plenty of space and a large, nice balcony. The rent is 9,000 SEK per month, with a one-month deposit. Heating, electricity and water are included in the rent. Service fee for tenant: 445 SEK
