Spacious and bright, with two balconies, one of them glazed, and an elevator. Pleasant outdoor surroundings, 4 minutes from the tram. Located right next to a large forest with trails, walking paths, and cycle paths. Suitable for 2–3 people. Can be rented to a lodger, for someone who is comfortable living as a lodger.
