3 room apartment in Gothenburg

Hello! I have a three-room apartment on Oluff Nilsons väg in Partille, third floor, and there is an elevator. I want to rent it out from May 1 for one year, with a review at six months to make sure everything is working. The rent is SEK 8,623 per month, and if you want to use the existing internet there is an additional cost of SEK 399 per month. The tenant(s) must have a stable income and a reference from a previous landlord, be responsible and tidy; a one-month deposit and a detailed contract will be required when renting.
