Eksalens ground-floor apartments were built in 2004 and are located right by the Hjortsbergaån, where a jetty has been built for the tenants' use. Here we can offer apartments of 2 to 4 rooms. Each apartment has a patio or a covered balcony. The area includes a communal sauna that can be used by the residents. Hamrarnavägen is protected from through traffic and is therefore a quieter street.
