ROOM FOR RENT IN STOCKHOLM ÄLTA Hi! I'm considering possibly renting out a room in my apartment. The apartment is a three-room apartment of 81 m². Shared kitchen and bathroom; there are two toilets but only one has a shower. A washing machine and dishwasher are in the apartment, and there is also access to a laundry room. A bus stops right outside the apartment and takes about 15 minutes to get to Gullmarsplan. The room for rent is currently unfurnished but can possibly be furnished; the rent is 5,000 SEK.
