28 m² room in Tumba

My two teenage daughters and I are renting out a large unfurnished room to a girl/woman in our apartment in Tumba Bruk. (A bed may be available) The room is in a turn-of-the-century style and has very high ceilings. The apartment is 145 square meters, and the room is about 30 square meters.
