25 m² room in Mölndal

A 25 m² room is available in our villa. The rent is 6,500 SEK furnished (see picture). The house is spacious (170 m²) and offers plenty of space for all tenants. Who lives here right now: My 8-year-old daughter and I use the two bedrooms on the ground floor; you would get one of the bedrooms on the second floor.
