23 m² room in Bromma

A room in a 68 m² apartment. From April I will probably only be there twice a month. Two bus stops right outside go to Brommaplan (Green Line metro)/Spånga station (commuter rail) and Sundbyberg (commuter rail)/Solna (Blue Line metro). Pets and cigarettes are prohibited, but vaping and IQOS are allowed. The apartment is quite cold in winter, so an extra heater is used, and conversely it gets very warm in summer.
