I’m looking for a woman or a couple to stay in a furnished room, 20 m2, near Eriksberg. You will share a 69 m2 apartment with a young lady. The rent is 6000kr per month if you move in alone and 7000kr for a couple. You can stay here at least until 31th of July 2025. (The apartment will be renovated but if any of the other units is free, you can move within the house). Heating, water, electricity, wifi etc is included in the rent. No deposition.
